Green Health® Pure C


Green Health® PURE C is a nutritional food supplement. It is a form of mineral ascorbate that is buffered to produce a less acidic Vitamin C and can easily be absorbed by the body.


Sodium Ascorbate is a nutritional food supplement that is now a must since the human body lost its power to genetically produce Vitamin C millions of years ago. We may be opening ourselves up to a greater risk of serious debilitating diseases like cancer, heart attack, diabetes, scurvy, and several infectious diseases if the body cannot be supplied by Vitamin C- enriched food and supplements. How much Green Health® is required by the body?

There is a need to add Vitamin C food supplement such as Green Health® PURE C for general health maintenance and general immunity boosting of more than 1,000 mgThis is because the Vitamin C that one can easily get from eating fresh fruits and vegetables are not sufficient to provide the recommended dietary allowance (RDA) of 1,000mg and therefore will have to be supplemented for optimum result. The amount of Green Health® PURE C (Vitamin C supplement) that one takes determines its effectiveness.


You can take from 1 - 8 capsules (500 mg/cap.) daily for cold prevention and general immunity boosting. If the cold has already developed, a mega dose of Green Health® PURE C will usually lessen the effects of the cold and speeds up recovery. It generally controls and inactivates viral infections.


The amount of Sodium Ascorbate for patients at high risk should be comparable to the amount of ascorbate that can be synthesized by the body which is between 10,000 and 20,000 mg/day (Linus Pauling Institute).


An intake of 700 mg/day of supplemental Vitamin C had a 25% lower risk of coronary heart disease than those who did not take Vitamin C supplement (from pooled analysis of 9 prospective cohort studies: Linus Pauling Institute).


People consuming at least 80 to 110 mg of Vitamin C daily were found to have significant cancer risk reductions in several prospective studies by the Linus Pauling Institute. In addition, a lower risk of breast cancer was found among 63% of pre- menopausal women taking an average of 205 mg of Vitamin C daily. An intake of Vitamin C at 1000 mg per day by adult smokers significantly lowered blood lead levels too.


CAUTION! Individuals following low-sodium diets (e.g., for high blood pressure) are generally advised to keep their total dietary sodium intake to less than 2,500mg a day. When mega dosing and mild diarrhea occurs, lessen dosage since the body is only excreting excess
Vitamin C.
